Sales Support Engineer

AmbaFlex is a Dutch company and global market leader in spiral conveyor solutions. We operate from our sales offices in Shanghai (China), Zwaag (head office, the Netherlands) and Dallas, (Texas, USA) and we have our own production sites in Jucu (Romania), Kunshan (China), Zwaag (the Netherlands) and Canton (Ohio, USA). With operating 4 production sites we can fulfil the global market needs.

As Sales Support Engineer you are the key internal and external interface by supporting Areas sales manager of all commercial activities between AmbaFlex’ Head Office and our customers, prospects and business partners. Your daily activities are focused on supporting sales in selling the assigned AmbaFlex products (spiral conveyor solutions) and developing business relationships in such a way that your personal objectives will be met.

In your activities you will always ensure that AmbaFlex is seen as a reliable & professional business partner. 

You will be report to APAC sales support manager.

Your tasks and responsibility will be:

·Give input to stimulate product development

·Participate with the daily activities

·Report to the management


·Representative of the sales support department

·Delivery of a good quality and lead times for the quotations and order confirmations

·Specify of order information to manufacturing in time

·Responsible for the quality of the support to the ASM

·Give input to improve processes, guidelines and systems

·Work/use and communicate according the agreed processes, guidelines and systems internally and externally

·Ensure, facilitate and support that the Sales Support team will work in a close business relationship with all AmbaFlex colleagues/departments

·Be a professional business partner for the AmbaFlex customers, prospects, influencers and relationships in every activities you execute

·Have knowledge about the AmbaFlex’ Sales Strategy and ‘key objectives’ to be achieved

·Have a close business working relationship with AmbaFlex colleagues to enable you to supply the best solutions to the market on time

·Be as cost effective as possible in all your daily activities

What we expect from you will be :
In short:

·Bachelor degree majoring in machinery and related

·Fluent English-speaking ability

·2 years above experience in auto machinery in food packaging or liquid, soft drinks and beers

·Experience with interactions of APAC countries customers will be preferred

·Strong drive to achieve results and a good negotiator

·Self - starter, consistent and persuasive in executing activities

·Must be self-motivated, highly organized detailed and stress resistant

·A pro-active communicator and problem solver

·Can work with AutoCAD

·Needs to have commercial knowledge and experiences
